我們角落寶寶隊的組員,因為這次做專題研究的機會,透過對「木匾工藝大鳥師黃耀如」深入地研究探索,不論在匾額工藝或人生的處世態度上,我們得到了很多的啟發,我們心裡都有一個共同的想法:傳統工藝技術的保存,絕對是我們立刻要做的,因為那是在地文化的根本,像木匾工藝這部份,目前都不見有什麼傳統技藝保存的活動,只當它是個行業,但我們要讓有溫度的手工技藝全被機器取代嗎?老師傅們一個一個地老去…,想把一身功力傳給後輩又找不到傳人,趨勢似乎難以抵擋。

黃耀如老師傅身體非常硬朗,人生觀也十分「看得開」,即使這行業可能是落日行業,不過較講究的匾額仍然會找南輝做,他們的工作滿檔沒錯,可是老師傅畢竟也已八十多歲了。
事實上,在我們與他訪談交往的過程中,我們仍能感受到他的無奈,現在的年輕人能夠專心投入的實在難找,學到出師獨當一面的也越來越少…,真正擁有功力的師傅,個個都不年輕了…,而在我們看來,木匾技藝在臺南可說只剩南輝木匾雕刻處完整地保留。

簡報任務啟動

這次我們去南輝木匾 雕刻處找黃耀如老師傅做主題介紹,老師傅說:「他十分歡迎我們來,也很喜觀跟我們說話!」,黃媽媽和黃阿姨也在我們研究過程中,熱情地協助,大概第一次有像我們一群年紀這麼小的要來研究木匾的吧!在這兒我們學到了很多,也了解這樣的傳統工藝是多麼值得珍惜…雖然我們都還只是小學生而已,力量不大,但是我們知道「好東西要跟好朋友分享」的道理,今天我們有機緣認識了黃耀如老師傅,也有機會知道了匾額工藝的多樣性,我們可以Do some thing…,把這些「好康」分享出去呀!讓更多的人都認識這門工藝。
所以在我們指導老師的安排下,我們組員啟動了一波簡報任務:「先讓我們周遭的師長同學們都曉得,有這樣美這麼棒的傳統工藝就在我們周遭,不要再漠視或無感於它的存在,而大家都有機會可以去親近木匾工藝。」

我們擬定的作法就是製作一份精美的簡報,然後邀請學校各班來聽我們的介紹,這個部份,老師們幫我們預定了學校的視聽中心,並邀請了很多個班級來聽我們的簡報,為了讓更多小朋友都能知道,我們分成了二組對不同的班級同學做報告,要將黃耀如老師傅的木匾工藝傳薦出去 。

依我們的專題內容製作一份動人的簡報,這也算是一種「美學」,除了自己研究之外,可以主動請老師指導,好的PPT輔助下,簡報任務就成功一半了。
依據簡報的各個頁面,想好自己要講的台詞(※要有一個觀念:簡報的畫面是要給觀眾看的,不要把自己想講的台詞都打在上面),以這個例子來說,這次的簡報是四五個人一起報告,所以擬出了台詞之後,還會討論分配誰講那段,說話的先後順序也事先安排好。
我們這次有個創新的挑戰,就是我們的簡報稿採中英文混合方式~

老師安排我們二組簡報人員多次的練習機會,臨場的指導,針對我們的語調及肢體動作做一些修正意見,對我們很有幫助的,學到了好多…經過老師的一一指導,對於每個人都有不同的要求及指正,因為簡報者本身常忽略自己有些不好的習慣,可能是口語上的或是動作上的,透過老師的提醒,可以有效的改善。

重覆演練,在時間允許的狀況下,可以再排練幾次,每次都針對想要改進的部份去做修正,當然很多技巧沒有辦法一下子就學起來,但練習就能有所進步…在我們這一波好多天的簡報訓練課程中,鄭老師不時用攝影機錄下我們練習的樣子再讓我們看,適時地運用科技來幫助學習,很有效果,經過這一陣子的練習,我們可就算是準備完畢了,就等著老師安排好時間,上場去 !
