 目前位置 》網博作業 》製匾夥伴匾之工坊 》 製匾伙伴 Plaque Workshop "Plaque Partners” 製作一塊匾額並不是三兩下的功夫，需要蠻多的時間和人力，所以即使黃耀如老師傅對於製作匾額的工序樣樣精通，但大部份的製匾工作還是以團隊合作為主，在他的帶領下，工作以無縫接軌的方式進行，也就是由黃耀如老師傅主導整個製作流程的SOP，分配工作給店裡的師傅們(兒子、女兒、女婿…)，由於都是家人，所以工作時的溝通很方便，效率也非常的好。 Making a plaque is not easy indeed, it takes a lot of time, manpower and effort, so even if Mr. Huang Yao Ru is professional in those processes, most of the plaque production processes are based on teamwork, under his leadership, work in a seamless manner. That is, by Mr. Huang Yao, who dominates the entire SOP of production processes, he allocates all the work tasks to their shop's other masters, e.g. his son, daughter, son-in-law ..., because they work in the family, so the communication at work is comparatively convenient and efficient. 首先介紹的當然就是本專題研究的對象-黃耀如老師傅，雖然八十幾歲的高齡，每天仍持續工作中，算是店內的首席師傅，領導著整個南耀木匾雕刻處，也就是老闆兼CEO啦！ We would like to introduce this great master of our project topic- Mr. Huang Yao Ru, although he is over 80 years old, but he still keep on working every day, is the chief master in the shop, leading the entire Nan Hui, he is the boss and also CEO! 目前他主要負責選板材、噴漆、寫書法、排樣…最重要的是指揮其他師傅們如何工作。 At present, his main work tasks are to select the wooden plates, painting, writing calligraphy and layout. The most important thing is to direct the other masters how to work. 為了感謝他指導我們團隊，我們代表學校頒了感謝狀給他。 To thank him for teaching our team, we on behalf of our school, awarded him a Certificate of Appreciation. 我們都稱呼她黃媽媽，事實上她姓郭，是黃耀如老師傅的媳婦，她的工作主要是掌理店面的經營，接洽生意，安排交件時間，工作忙時，她一樣要拿起雕刻刀動手做。她主要是雕匾額上的小字部份，功力也是累積三十年以上唷！ We all call her Mama Huang, in fact her own surname is Guo, she is daughter-in-law of Mr. Huang Yao Ru, her work is mainly the operation of the shop, to contact with the customers, arrange the delivery time. But during the hot business season and in tight schedule, she could engage in the small parts of the plaque carving too, her experience is also accumulated more than 30 years! 這一位是吳師傅，他是黃耀如老師傅的女婿，在這兒工作也超過二十年了，主要的工作是雕刻匾額上的大字，怎麼匾額上的字不是在板是刻的，而是分開的，原來傳統製作匾額的方式，小字是直接刻在板上，立體大字和花邊可是另外雕再黏上去的。吳師傅雕大字的功夫一流，可是經過黃耀如老師傅認証的，可以完整保留老師傅書法的韻味。 This is Master Wu, he is the son-in-law of Mr. Huang Yao Ru, has been working here for more than 20 years, his main work is to carve the big characters on the plaque, the big charaters are not directly engraved on the board, but be made separately. In fact, the traditional production of plaque, for the small characters are directly engraved on the board, as to those stereoscopic large characters and lace are be carved separately, then affix to the plaque. Master Wu has the great carving skill, he can completely retain the inspiration of Mr. Huang Yao Ru’s calligraphy, and his skill is validated by Mr. Huang Yao Ru. 黃師傅是黃耀如老師傅的小兒子，也是一位木雕高手，平常跟吳師傅一樣是操作線鋸機及雕刻大字的師傅，他的雕刻生涯竟然有五十年了，他笑著說：從小家裡就是做這行的，小學時就跟著爸媽，幫忙家裡的工作，一路下來就也培養出興趣來，閒暇時他與黃耀如老師傅一樣喜歡找一些奇形怪狀的木頭來雕，慢慢地他也把許多新的想法融入到匾額作品中，不斷地創新作法。瞧！他正凝視著自己雕到一半的作品～ Master Huang is the youngest son of Mr. Huang Yao Ru, is also a master of wood carving, just like Master Wu, mainly to operate the line sawing machine and carving big characters for the plaque, his carving career has been more than 50 years, he smiled and said: we do this business industry in the family from my childhood, helping with the parents, all the way down to cultivate interest in his work. In his spare time, just like Mr. Huang Yao Ru, he likes to find some special wood to carve, and gradually he also inspires many new ideas into plaque works, so innovating constantly. Look! he's staring at his semi-carved work. 整塊匾的最後一項很重要的工序就是貼金了，店裡擁有最強的貼金師傅，就是二位黃阿姨，是黃耀如老師傅的女兒，做貼金這個工作超過五十個年頭，不僅技藝高超，速度也很快，這麼厲害的功夫也是跟黃耀如老師傅學的嗎？答案是跟媽媽學的，由於貼金工藝有其特殊性，一向女性會做得比較好，她們從小就跟著夫人工作，自然傳承了這項工藝技巧。二位阿姨很謙虛，說貼金沒什麼，就像我們在玩勞作而已！話雖如此，貼得好不好可是左右整塊匾的成敗呢？ The last important process of the whole plaque is the gold-plating, the shop has the most professional gold-plating master, is two aunts Huang, they are the daughters of Mr. Huang Yao Ru, they did this gold-plating art for more than 50 years, not only has the super great skills, but also the speed is very fast, did they learn this great skill from Mr. Huang Yao Ru, their father? The answer is No, they learnt from their mom. Because of the particular skill of the gold-plating process, women have always done a better job, they have been working with their mom since childhood, and naturally inherited this craft skill. Two aunts are very humble, said gold-plating is nothing special, just like we are playing the arts! Having said that, this gold-plating procedure will deeply affect the performance of a whole plaque. 南輝木匾雕刻處就在黃耀如老師傅的領導下，在一片科技化的現代社會中，保留了傳統製匾工藝的精髓，即使目前街上的招牌大都不用匾額了，但他們的工作還是應接不暇，因為廟宇的需求及中國人重視傳統的儀節，正式的場所仍有大量的匾額需求，在臺南地區，南輝木匾雕刻處絕對是首屈一指的。 Under the leadership of Mr. Huang Yao Ru and in such a scientific and technological modern society nowadays, Nan Hui retains the essence of the traditional plaque art skills, even if the street signs are mostly not using the plaques, but they still doing a very good business, because the needs of the temple and the Chinese people concerns about the traditional festival very much, as to the formal events or places, they still having a heavy needs on plaques.
